We have an online resource system, the Healing Hub, which offers many resources for addressing anxiety and pressure. We also proactively champion the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programme, which ensures managers are correctly prepared to handle mental health issues at work.
We are committed to giving back to the local community and in August 2020 we set up the Precision FM Foundation through which we donate a percentage of profits to a variety of charities nominated by employees.
Recipients have included Soft Touch Arts, Headstrong, Save the Rhino International and Loughborough-based Rainbows Children’s Hospice. We are also a community partner at Leicester City FC.
